As the company prepares to join the AI-driven stock market listing boom, Anthropic is advancing relevant listing preparation work. Sources indicated that underwriting banks responsible for this issuance are arranging meetings between investors and Anthropic in the coming weeks.
Previous reports stated that Anthropic is considering conducting an IPO as early as October. If the IPO proceeds, Anthropic will list ahead of competitor OpenAI. According to reports, OpenAI previously planned to list in fall 2026, but is now considering postponing its listing to 2027.
