TechFlow, Sept. 17 — According to PRNewswire, Singapore-based startup Synthesys, a tokenized securities infrastructure company formerly known as Equitize, has announced the completion of an $11 million seed and strategic funding round to build next-generation infrastructure for global tokenized securities. The round was led by super angel investor Mark Pui.
Founded in 2023, Synthesys focuses on providing modular and interoperable infrastructure for tokenized securities to financial institutions. The company has built a global liquidity network aggregating over 40 different primary and secondary distribution channels. Its platform enables automated compliance across jurisdictions and delivers a unified liquidity layer for tokenized securities.
