As one of the founding members of Oracle's cloud engineering team, Magouyrk led the design, implementation, and commercial success of OCI's second-generation platform. Under his leadership, OCI has achieved unprecedented growth and has become the preferred platform for AI training and inference.
Mike Sicilia brings deep expertise in vertical industry applications and applied AI. His engineering team pioneered intent-based application generation technology, replacing traditional coding methods for building Oracle applications. His team has also integrated highly sophisticated AI agents into Oracle’s application suites for industries including healthcare, banking, communications, utilities, hospitality, and retail.
