TechFlow, September 17 — According to an official announcement, web3 smartphone manufacturer Nothing has announced the completion of a $200 million Series C funding round, bringing the company's valuation to $1.3 billion. The round was led by Tiger Global, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures, and existing investors GV, EQT, and Highland Europe also continuing their support. Nothing’s total fundraising to date exceeds $450 million.
Nothing founder Carl Pei stated that this funding marks a new phase for the company, transitioning from building the only new smartphone company of the past decade to creating an AI-native platform that integrates hardware and software. The company plans to launch its first AI-native devices next year, aiming to deliver a personalized, contextual, and proactive operating system for every user.
