TechFlow news, September 10 — According to an official announcement, stablecoin issuer Paxos has released USDH Proposal V2, announcing a partnership with PayPal and plans to help Hyperliquid expand into global markets. The proposal consists of three main components:
-
PayPal collaboration: Plan to list the HYPE token on the PayPal/Venmo platform, provide USDH deposit and withdrawal channels, allocate $20 million in ecosystem incentives, and integrate PayPal's payment system.
-
Rewards structure adjustment: Design a new incentive mechanism where Paxos will participate in revenue sharing upon reaching specific TVL milestones, with a maximum share of 5%. All fees will be collected in HYPE tokens.
-
Global market strategy: Paxos states it holds qualifications to issue stablecoins compliantly across multiple regions and plans to promote global adoption of USDH through regulated means.
The proposal indicates that as USDH scales, revenue distribution will be adjusted according to different TVL stages and governed via voting by Hyperliquid validators.
