TechFlow, on September 10, Aster DEX announced the upcoming launch of its native token $ASTER, which will be used for decentralized governance, driving growth, rewarding participation, and supporting the protocol's sustainable development. Holders of APX tokens can upgrade their existing tokens to $ASTER at a specified conversion ratio, with the upgrade portal going live on September 17, 2025—coinciding with the Token Generation Event (TGE). APX DAO holders can unlock their veNFTs without penalty on September 16 to redeem APX, which can then be converted into $ASTER at the same ratio. Notably, rewards for APX DAO will end on September 11. The detailed timeline will be announced via Aster's official X account.
