TechFlow, September 10 — According to Hong Kong media The Economic Times, Nasdaq-listed Wudi Logistics Technology announced that Solomon Capital Fund SPC-Solomon Capital SP9, a USD fund under Wah Winning Holdings, has made a strategic investment of USD 150 million. Both parties will jointly explore innovations in logistics asset tokenization (RWA) and stablecoin applications. Previously, Wudi Logistics Technology announced its plan to acquire 15,000 BTC, with the total transaction value reaching up to USD 1.5 billion. Additionally, the company stated it is actively studying relevant regulatory details and plans to apply for a stablecoin issuance license after Hong Kong's stablecoin regulations take effect.
