TechFlow, September 4 — According to Reuters, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has unveiled a new phase of its regulatory agenda, proposing new rules for cryptocurrency issuance and trading, including exemptions and safe harbor provisions, while considering allowing crypto assets to be listed on national securities exchanges and alternative trading systems. At the same time, the SEC plans to streamline disclosure requirements to reduce Wall Street's compliance burden.
