TechFlow news, September 2 — According to Protos, the Trump administration is developing a post-war plan proposing to offer tokens to Palestinians through the "GREAT Trust proposal" in exchange for their "voluntary" departure from land in Gaza. The plan consists of five phases and will establish a blockchain-based land registry system for Gaza, enabling tokenization of land rights on secondary markets.
The proposal indicates the area will be redeveloped into 6–8 AI-driven smart cities, including an Elon Musk智能制造 zone and a Trump Riviera inspired by Dubai's artificial islands. Residents who accept the plan could return to Gaza after 10 years and redeem tokens for reconstructed housing. The trust fund expects approximately 500,000 people to leave Gaza under this plan by year 10.
