TechFlow, on September 1, the blockchain infrastructure protocol project IOTA announced a partnership with Echo Protocol, a leading BTCFi protocol on Aptos. This collaboration marks a significant step forward for the IOTA ecosystem in the BTCFi space. The IOTA Vault will be launched on the Echo platform, allowing users to mint iBTC within the IOTA Vault. iBTC will become the first native BTC asset on IOTA.
Meanwhile, Virtue, the first native stablecoin protocol in the IOTA ecosystem, now enables users to open CDPs and mint $VUSD using iBTC. Virtue features a unified stability pool design, fixed-rate lending, and deep integrations with ecosystem protocols such as Swirl Stake and Pools Finance.
