TechFlow news, on August 22, according to an official announcement, Binance has increased the total subscription limit for its Plasma USDT fixed-term product from 250 million to 1 billion USDT, adopting a phased release strategy. The first tranche of 250 million USDT was fully subscribed within one hour. The second tranche of 250 million USDT will open for subscription on August 22, 2025 at 17:00 (UTC+8). Subscriptions follow a first-come, first-served principle, and early redemption does not affect accumulated USDT and XPL rewards. Users can participate via the "Wealth Management - Earn Crypto" feature on Binance's website or app, but should be aware of risks including market volatility and protocol failures.
