TechFlow, on August 19, VanEck released an analysis report stating that Bitcoin achieved key developments between mid-July and mid-August: price rebounded to a record high of $124,000, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) basis reached a new year-to-date high. VanEck maintains its year-end Bitcoin price target of $180,000.
In mining, despite APLD's stock price increase, most mining companies underperformed. Notably, U.S. mining firms have reached a new high, accounting for 31.5% of global hashrate share.
