TechFlow, August 18 — Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf (Nasdaq: WULF) announced plans to conduct a private placement of $400 million in convertible notes due 2031, with an option for up to $60 million in additional over-allotment. Proceeds will be used for capped subscription transaction costs, data center expansion, and general corporate purposes.
