TechFlow news, August 17: According to market data, LINK surged over 13% in the past 24 hours, currently priced at $24.9125. Chainlink launched the "LINK Reserve Program" in early August, converting on-chain oracle network revenues and off-chain enterprise service earnings into LINK token reserves at a set ratio. The reserve has now surpassed one million dollars and will, in the long term, create supply shocks through a continuous buyback mechanism, enhancing the token's value capture capability. Additionally, LINK's net on-chain inflow over the past 30 days reached 275,002 tokens ($6.65 million), with CEX reserves dropping to an 18-month low. Whale holdings have increased from 37% in June to 42%, indicating accelerating institutional accumulation.
