TechFlow News, July 15, the Bank of America Global Fund Manager Survey shows that fund managers' bullishness on the US stock market has reached the highest level since December 2024. A net 24% of respondents believe US stocks will outperform other regions, representing the third highest allocation weight to US stocks in the past five years.
In contrast, investors have cut their allocation to UK stocks. Fund managers' confidence in stocks listed in London has fallen to the lowest point since August 2020. Compared with other regions, the UK stock market has performed weakly year-to-date. Year-to-date, London's FTSE 100 index rose 5.7%, while the S&P 500 index rose more than 10%.
