TechFlow news, on August 17, according to on-chain analyst EmberCN (@EmberCN), a whale user withdrew and transferred 10,000 ETH worth of liquid staking assets into an exchange after a one-and-a-half-year staking period. The initial value at the time of staking was $25.86 million, now worth $46.55 million. The whale made a profit of $20.68 million: $18.2 million from ETH appreciation and $2.48 million from staking interest. The whale deposited 10,000 ETH into Mantle for liquid staking in January 2024, redeemed 10,564 ETH (including 564 ETH interest) yesterday, and transferred 10,819 ETH (worth $47.79 million) into Kraken two hours ago today.
