TechFlow, August 15 — LiveOne (Nasdaq: LVO), a digital entertainment company, announced today that it has purchased Bitcoin at an average price of $117,885 per coin, with total investment amounting to millions of dollars. The company has also partnered with ARCA to manage its Bitcoin yield strategy, while Anchorage Digital will provide custody services for its digital assets.
The company's board has approved up to $500 million in potential Bitcoin investments as part of its long-term digital asset yield management strategy. This investment was supported by $10.2 million in financing.
