TechFlow news, August 13 — According to Protos, Solana CEO Anatoly Yakovenko has recently avoided service of legal documents multiple times in connection with the Pump Fun lawsuit. Law firms Burwick Law and Wolf Popper have filed a lawsuit against Solana Labs, Jito Labs, and several of their executives, accusing them of involvement in operating a fraudulent casino scheme.
The law firms stated that three attempts to serve Yakovenko at his San Francisco residence were unsuccessful. Additionally, several other executives, including Solana co-founder Raj Gokal and Solana Foundation chair Lily Liu, have also failed to receive the legal documents.
