TechFlow news, August 13 — According to analyst Yujin, pump.fun sold 86,000 SOL for the first time five hours ago, receiving 16.28 million USDC. Transaction records show that the SOL was transferred from fee and buyback wallets to Kraken before being withdrawn and then sold on-chain at an average price of $189 per SOL, with the proceeds in USDC transferred back to Kraken.
In addition, while selling SOL, pump posted a tweet summarizing their current PUMP buyback metrics: over the past week, they purchased $8.42 million worth of PUMP, totaling 7.29 billion PUMP tokens (0.729% of total supply).
