TechFlow, August 11 — According to an official announcement, NASDAQ-listed SharpLink Gaming (SBET) has entered into a securities purchase agreement with five global institutional investors for a total of $400 million. The company currently holds approximately 598,800 ETH (worth around $2.5 billion) and, combined with the remaining $200 million available under its at-the-market (ATM) program, expects to increase its Ethereum holdings to $3 billion.
The private placement will be priced at $21.76 per share, in compliance with NASDAQ's fair market value requirements, with closing expected on August 12. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is serving as the sole placement agent for the offering, while Cantor is acting as the company's financial advisor.
