TechFlow, August 8 — C1 Fund (CFND), a private investment firm focused on Web3 and digital asset services, successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The IPO issued 6 million shares at $10 per share, raising approximately $60 million. Huaxing Capital served as the sole Asian underwriter for this IPO.
C1 Fund plans to allocate at least 80% of its total assets to equity investments in companies operating within the Web3 and digital asset services technology sectors, with a target of investing in 30 leading enterprises. The fund’s core team includes seasoned professionals such as Michael Lempres, former Chief Legal Officer of Coinbase (Chairman); Dr. Najam Kidwai (Chief Executive Officer); Michael Zhao, CEO of Klickl (Vice Chairman); and Elliot Han, former Goldman Sachs executive (Chief Investment Officer).
