TechFlow, August 7 — According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, China New City Group (1321.HK), a listed company on the Hong Kong stock market, has signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with HashKey Exchange.
As per the announcement, the two parties will focus their collaboration on institutional asset management and operational optimization, technical services, and compliance exploration. HashKey Exchange will provide China New City Group with technical research and recommendations on compliance procedures related to virtual asset allocation, including custody mechanisms, operational processes, and risk management services.
