TechFlow news, August 5 — According to an official announcement, Inveniam Capital Partners and blockchain company MANTRA announced a strategic partnership on August 5. Inveniam will invest $20 million in MANTRA, and the two parties will jointly build a global institutional-grade real-world asset ecosystem centered on the UAE and the United States.
Under the agreement, the two parties will integrate Inveniam’s data operations management solutions and artificial intelligence agent suite with MANTRA’s compliant Web3 infrastructure to expand digital solutions for real-world assets. As the first Layer-1 blockchain focused on real asset tokenization supporting multiple virtual machines, MANTRA’s subsidiary has obtained a license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).
