TechFlow, August 1 — According to NLNico, UK-listed company Vaultz Capital has completed a £4.3 million funding round, with £2.6 million invested by Aura Digital. The company is currently conducting a new fundraising round targeting approximately £6 million in total.
In addition, the company has appointed Erik Benz as its new CEO and established a Bitcoin advisory committee. Vaultz Capital plans to expand its Bitcoin reserves and infrastructure strategic positioning.
