TechFlow, July 31 — "Fed Whisperer" Nick Timiraos posted: Core PCE inflation appears to be worsening and is no better than when the Fed began cutting rates last year—by some measures, even worse. The 3-month annualized rate of the core PCE price index in June was 2.6% (2.3% a year earlier). On a 6-month annualized basis, it was 3.2% (3.3% a year earlier).
