TechFlow news, July 31 — According to an official announcement, Sinolink Worldwide Holdings Limited announced plans to change its company name to "Z Fin Limited" to reflect its strategic expansion into the fintech sector. The company has already entered the fintech field through investments in ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance (06060.HK) and its joint venture, ZA Technology (International) Group (ZA Global). The company stated it will continue exploring development opportunities in fintech, with a focus on areas such as crypto assets, real-world asset tokenization (RWA), Web3, and stablecoins. This move aligns with Hong Kong's policy direction of building an Asian hub for cryptocurrency and digital assets.
