TechFlow, July 30 — According to Eleanor Terrett's disclosure, JPMorgan Chase officially released a press release stating that the bank will partner with Coinbase to offer cryptocurrency purchasing services to Chase credit card customers. Under the plan, Chase customers will be able to use their credit cards to fund Coinbase accounts. Additionally, by 2026, the bank will launch direct bank-to-wallet transfer functionality and will allow Chase Ultimate Rewards points to be redeemed 1:1 for cryptocurrency—the first time a major bank's rewards program supports cryptocurrency redemption.
