TechFlow, on July 30, according to the Youxian Police official account, the Youxian County Public Security Bureau in Hunan Province successfully dismantled a USDT fraud den on the early morning of July 24, arresting three suspects. Since April 2025, the gang has used overseas SIM cards to register accounts on social platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and Twitter, impersonating overseas cryptocurrency traders to lure foreign men into purchasing USDT and transferring it to Trust wallets. The criminals then illegally transferred the victims' cryptocurrencies by sending website links embedded with Trojan viruses. Police seized over 30 mobile phones, more than 10 computers, and over 30 overseas SIM cards at the scene. Currently, all three suspects have been criminally detained, and the case is under further investigation.
