This was due to a surge in traffic. No hacking or exploitation occurred. The issue has been resolved, and further improvements will be made. Additional safeguards will also be implemented across various levels of the tech stack to detect API server issues and prevent users from encountering unexpected problems.
Yesterday evening, community users reported that the order system of decentralized derivatives trading platform Hyperliquid is currently malfunctioning, preventing users from placing trades normally.
