TechFlow news, on July 24, Ryan Lee, Chief Analyst at the Bitget Research Institute, stated that Bitcoin's dominance has recently fallen back to the 59%-61% range, while the altseason index shows an upward trend, indicating capital rotation into major altcoins such as Ethereum, XRP, and Solana, with recent price gains of 20%-40%.
Ryan Lee pointed out, "The active performance of sectors including AI, RWA, and Memecoins also reflects strong market interest in specific narratives. However, the altseason index has not yet broken above the 75% confirmation threshold, suggesting the current market movement is more likely a phased rotation rather than a full-fledged altseason. For the rally to extend into mid-to-late Q3, the key will be whether Bitcoin's market share can remain consistently below 60%. Meanwhile, institutional fund inflows, regulatory tailwinds, and fundamental improvements in Layer1 and DeFi sectors are all important signals confirming the start of an altseason."
