TechFlow, July 17 — According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, Yili Holdings Limited (stock code: 076), a Hong Kong-listed company, has entered into a subscription agreement with individual investor Zhang Yi to issue zero-coupon convertible bonds maturing in six years, amounting to HKD 19.95 million. The proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to develop Web3.0 businesses.
Yili Holdings' operations include global graphite product sales, manufacturing and sales of electronic products, design and manufacturing in the UK, and development of projects related to Web3.0.
