TechFlow news, on July 9, according to an announcement by UK-listed company The Smarter Web Company, the company has completed a subscription financing of 10.3415 million pounds sterling (pre-tax), issuing 3,182,013 new ordinary shares at a price of 3.25 pounds per share. The new shares are expected to become effective and listed on July 14. After completion of this financing, the total issued shares of The Smarter Web Company will reach 259,649,448, with existing shareholders (including board members) diluted by approximately 5.46%.
Previously, The Smarter Web Company acquired an additional 226.42 bitcoins on July 7, bringing its total holdings to 1,000 bitcoins.
