TechFlow, July 4 — According to an official announcement, Gillian Lynch has been appointed Head of Binance Europe and the UK, responsible for leading the company's strategic expansion and regulatory collaboration in key European markets.
Lynch brings over 20 years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, and digital assets, having held senior roles at Gemini, Bank of Ireland, and Leveris. Prior to joining Binance, she served as CEO of Gemini Europe, where she led the company’s expansion across Europe and secured Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration and e-money institution authorization from the Central Bank of Ireland.
