TechFlow, on July 4, according to Xinhua News Agency, the U.S. House of Representatives passed President Trump's "Big Beautiful" tax and spending bill on the afternoon of the 3rd by a vote of 218 in favor and 214 opposed. The bill has been controversial due to its reduction of federal aid, increase in long-term debt, and tax cuts for the wealthy and large corporations. Two Republican members of the House voted against the bill during the vote that day. The bill had already been approved by the Senate on the 1st of this month. On the 3rd, the White House said Trump will sign the bill into law on the 4th, coinciding with America's "Independence Day."
