TechFlow reported on June 27 that, according to a report by Cailian Press, Philippe Laffont, founder of Coatue Management, predicted Bitcoin's market capitalization will reach $5 trillion by 2030, a 134% increase from the current $2.1 trillion. Laffont has included Bitcoin in his "Top 40" investment list alongside tech giants such as Microsoft and Nvidia. He believes Bitcoin's share of global total assets should rise from the current 0.5% to between 1% and 2%, noting that Bitcoin's volatility is decreasing and that it may benefit from the global "de-dollarization" trend.
