He started his third BTC long yesterday afternoon with an initial position of 500 BTC. At 7 AM today, he placed a TWAP (time-weighted average price) order to accumulate 2,000 BTC over the next eight hours. By 3 PM, the value of his position will thus reach $250 million again.
