He added that Hong Kong will continue improving its legal and regulatory frameworks for virtual assets and Web3. The Legislative Council will further advance relevant legislation to create a clearer, more predictable environment for industry growth, providing solid institutional support for building Hong Kong into a global virtual asset hub.
