TechFlow news, June 13 — According to an official announcement, Yupp has completed a $33 million seed round led by a16z. The Yupp platform allows users to freely compare various AI models by entering prompts and viewing side-by-side AI-generated responses. Users select the best output to create "preference data packets," which are used for post-training and evaluation of AI models.
The platform leverages blockchain technology to ensure transparency in the evaluation process. Users receive rewards for providing feedback, while AI developers gain access to verifiable training data. The platform's design makes human judgment a cyclical resource: more users generate more evaluation data, improved data enhances model quality, and higher-quality models attract even more user participation.
