TechFlow, June 11 — According to Jinshi Data, Deutsche Handelsbank researcher Rainer Guntermann said in a report that the U.S. inflation data released on Wednesday should confirm the Fed's wait-and-see stance. Guntermann stated: "The data will reinforce the Fed's wait-and-see position ahead of its next policy decision, as the impact of higher tariffs remains limited for now." According to LSEG data, money markets are fully pricing in the Fed holding rates steady on June 18. They also expect more than a 50% chance of a rate cut in September.
