TechFlow, June 11 — According to People's Daily, Li Chenggang, China's international trade negotiator and vice minister of the Ministry of Commerce, said in London that during the first meeting of the China-U.S. economic and trade consultation mechanism, both sides held professional, rational, in-depth, and candid communication. The two sides have reached a framework agreement in principle on implementing the consensus from the telephone conversation between the two heads of state on June 5 and the Geneva talks.
