Limited" (the English name has been changed from HK Asia Holdings Limited to Moon Inc.). The Certificate of Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on May 15, and the Hong Kong Companies Registry confirmed the name change on June 2.
From 9:00 a.m. on June 12, the company's stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from "HK ASIA HLDGS" and "HK Asia Holdings" to "MOON INC" and "Moon Inc. Limited", while the stock code remains unchanged at "1723".
The company stated that this name change will not affect shareholders' rights or the group's operations and financial condition, and existing shares will remain valid without the need to exchange for new shares free of charge.
