TechFlow news, June 1 — According to Cointelegraph, French prosecutors have charged 25 suspects allegedly involved in abductions targeting individuals in the cryptocurrency industry, including six minors. Among the suspects, aged between 16 and 23, 18 have been placed in pre-trial detention, three have requested a delayed hearing, and four are under judicial supervision.
They are accused of involvement in multiple plots against prominent crypto figures and their families. The investigation centers on an attempted abduction in Paris on May 13 involving Pierre Noizat, CEO of French cryptocurrency exchange Paymium, his daughter, and grandson.
