TechFlow news, May 31 — According to Benzinga, Lunar Digital Assets has launched LitVM, a zero-knowledge Layer 2 network for the Litecoin ecosystem. Built on BitcoinOS and Polygon CDK, and supported by the Litecoin Foundation, LitVM is an EVM-compatible ZK Rollup designed to introduce smart contract functionality, cross-chain liquidity, and real-world asset (RWA) support. LitVM will enable Litecoin to expand into DeFi and Web3 ecosystems, enabling on-chain use cases such as stablecoin payments and programmable assets (Runes, Ordinals).
