Fortunately, a panel of 11 judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has just stayed that ruling. The decision by the U.S. Court of International Trade is so wrong, so politicized! I hope the Supreme Court swiftly and decisively overturns this terrible, nation-threatening decision. This awful ruling suggests I must obtain congressional approval to impose these tariffs.
