TechFlow, May 29 — According to Jinshi Data, the U.S. Court of International Trade's Wednesday ruling halting Trump's tariffs can be appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., and ultimately to the U.S. Supreme Court. Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield called Trump's tariffs illegal, reckless, and devastating to the economy, and his office is leading a multi-state lawsuit. Rayfield said in a statement: "This ruling reaffirms that U.S. law matters, and trade decisions cannot be made at the president’s whim." The White House has not yet responded. The Trump administration may now appeal the ruling to the federal court.
