TechFlow news, on May 28, Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced that Telegram has entered into a one-year strategic partnership with xAI. Under the agreement, Telegram will distribute Grok AI services to its over one billion users and integrate them into the Telegram application.
In exchange, Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and equity from xAI, as well as a 50% share of subscription revenue generated from xAI sales via the Telegram platform.
