TechFlow, May 27 — According to CoinDesk, Circle Internet Group, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, has officially filed an IPO application with the New York Stock Exchange. The company plans to issue 24 million Class A shares, including 9.6 million shares from the company and 14.4 million shares from existing shareholders. The expected price range is $24 to $26 per share, and it will trade under the ticker symbol "CRCL" upon listing.
