TechFlow news, May 24 — According to Australia's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Independent Reserve, its latest 2025 Cryptocurrency Report reveals that Singaporean adoption of XRP has surged from 14% to 17%, marking the second-largest increase among cryptocurrencies.
The report, based on a survey of 1,500 residents in Singapore, found Ethereum (ETH) adoption rose the most—from 41% to 48%; Solana (SOL) increased from 17% to 19%; and Dogecoin (DOGE) climbed from 18% to 19%.
Additionally, cryptocurrency awareness in Singapore has reached a record high of 94%. Bitcoin (BTC) remains the most recognized cryptocurrency at 91% awareness and accounts for 68% of total crypto holdings. Regarding stablecoins, 46% of respondents have held stablecoins, with 83% preferring USD-pegged stablecoins. Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin has surpassed a market cap of $310 million, rapidly rising across the Asia-Pacific region.
