Saylor, Phong Le, and Andrew Kang. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants made false or misleading statements between April 30, 2024, and April 4, 2025, regarding the expected profitability of the company's Bitcoin investment strategy and risks related to Bitcoin volatility. Strategy stated it intends to vigorously defend against these allegations.
