TechFlow news, May 19 — According to SEC filings, Strategy faced a class-action lawsuit on May 16, filed by investor Anas Hamza in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia against the company and its executives Michael J. Saylor, Phong Le, and Andrew Kang. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants made false or misleading statements between April 30, 2024, and April 4, 2025, regarding the expected profitability of the company's Bitcoin investment strategy and risks related to Bitcoin volatility. Strategy stated it intends to vigorously defend against these allegations.
