The funding will be used to expand Left Main Genius, an AI-powered suite of solutions aimed at improving how investors manage leads, track property data, and close deals.
The company’s platform currently serves over 3,000 real estate professionals, streamlining the investment process through automation, real-time data, and predictive analytics. Left Main Genius can automatically follow up with leads, monitor dynamic data such as pre-foreclosures, probate, and eviction records, and send alerts when property statuses change.
The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, grow its user base, and enhance its AI capabilities to meet the increasingly competitive demands of the real estate investment market.
